Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At AnyBagNow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t happy, we offer a straightforward return & refund policy to make things right.

2. Returns

  • Return Window: Customers may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: Customized items, or items clearly worn, altered, washed or damaged due to misuse, aren’t eligible for return.

3. Refunds

  • Where the Refund Is Sent: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Timing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is not in its original condition, missing parts, or damaged (not due to our mistake), partial refunds may apply.

4. Exchanges

  • If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, you may request an exchange for the same item.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping Policy: AnyBagNow offers free shipping under specified conditions.
  • Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product, defect), the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Original Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable except in cases where the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

6. Damage / Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@anybagnow.com.
  • We may ask for photos or other evidence to help us resolve the issue efficiently.

7. How to Return an Item

  • Contact our customer support via email: support@anybagnow.com with your order number, details of the item, and the reason for return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and address.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include tags, accessories, invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Ship the item back (customer-responsible unless it's our fault).

8. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return criteria, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank/card issuer to post the refund, depending on their policies.

9. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment without penalty.
  • If you wish to cancel and the item has already shipped, a return may be necessary once delivered, following the normal return process.
