Returns & Refund Policy
1. Overview
At AnyBagNow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t happy, we offer a straightforward return & refund policy to make things right.
2. Returns
- Return Window: Customers may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.

Non-returnable Items: Customized items, or items clearly worn, altered, washed or damaged due to misuse, aren’t eligible for return.
3. Refunds
- Where the Refund Is Sent: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Timing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days.

Partial Refunds: If the item is not in its original condition, missing parts, or damaged (not due to our mistake), partial refunds may apply.
4. Exchanges

If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, you may request an exchange for the same item.
5. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping Policy: AnyBagNow offers free shipping under specified conditions.
- Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product, defect), the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Original Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable except in cases where the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
6. Damage / Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@anybagnow.com.

We may ask for photos or other evidence to help us resolve the issue efficiently.
7. How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer support via email: support@anybagnow.com with your order number, details of the item, and the reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include tags, accessories, invoice or proof of purchase.

Ship the item back (customer-responsible unless it's our fault).
8. Refund Processing
- Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return criteria, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank/card issuer to post the refund, depending on their policies.
9. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment without penalty.
- If you wish to cancel and the item has already shipped, a return may be necessary once delivered, following the normal return process.
